Four weeks ago, my friend Timo told me a simple sentence that stung.

“what if what’s stopping you from making your first million for kleo is the fact that you want to write every single piece of copy.”

Ouch, truth hurts. He was right.

As someone who’s made writing her entire personality, this struck a nerve.

But instead of letting it hurt me, I flew the entire Kleo team out to London to fix this.

See, nobody is perfect. We all have our egos.

But the reality is, in order to achieve something you’ve never done you’re going to need to do things you haven’t done.

Our goal for Q1 is to get 3,000 people onto our Live Masterclass on Lead Gen.

The idea is:

• We give you our entire lead gen system

• We show you how to implement it for free

• We teach you how to use AI to write content

• We write posts live for you to get leads

It’s something we know like the back of our hand.

I’ve built a 200k/mo business via LinkedIn.
The co-founding team have a 125k/mo agency doing the same.

The playbook can be run for any niche, we’ve seen it happen.

Now, in order to achieve this - I need to step down as general writer for everything and lead strategist and webinar pro instead.

It’s what I do best.

So the team and I decided to hire more people and let me focus on building an incredible 2-hour masterclass.

We’re already at over 100+ slides of pure value and tactical information for it.

The plan for the rest of January:

The team will focus on writing their content with Kleo.
The new hires will focus on emails using my strategy.
The entire business will be using AI to scale outputs faster.

And Lara? Lara is going to be locked in for the next 2 weeks, preparing for the masterclass of a lifetime.

But before I tell you where to join if you’re interested, here’s the harsh lesson I think everyone needs to hear today:

What got you here, won’t get you there.

This is the paradox of growth.

Doing everything yourself won’t build something bigger than you.
Doing everything yourself is just ego in disguise.

Even with content, I see the same pattern.

Starting from a blank page won’t always work.
Using the same templates will keep you stuck.
Paying someone else to write for you might make you broke.

The best way to win is to use the tools you have available today.

Learn the basics, implement the best tactics and use AI to double down on output.

Sounds obvious, but it’s not when you’re too zoomed in.

So I zoomed out.

Team content has already hit 500k impressions in days.
Webinar sign-ups already at 1.5k 2 weeks early.

And I finally took a break from writing, and focused on finding the best tactics in the market that work for 2026 and in ANY niche.

To be honest this is my favorite thing to do. And I get to do it.
