The Great LinkedIn Reset
There’s something happening on LinkedIn that I’ve never seen before.
Every single day there are at least 10 new posts from LinkedIn creators themselves complaining about what the platform has become.

And for a while I thought it wasn’t that big of a deal.
But I’ve been spending 3 hours a day scouring LinkedIn trying to find outlier content and helping clients understand the new LinkedIn scope.
What works. Who’s going viral. What’s going viral…
And I landed on the feed everyone seems to be hating.
But I also found something else.
The people who are going to outlast everyone
(without ai)
But I also found something else.
Virality on LinkedIn doesn’t matter anymore.
It’s been overly hacked on the platform.
10 leadership tips to make your career grow.
30 lessons I Learned by 30.
AI prompt hacks
It’s all overused, and it’s obvious.
LinkedIn users are bored and…
- They want to know the behind the scenes of the underground founders building million dollar businesses.
- They want to know the real thoughts of the thought leaders in different niches.
- They want to read the data, the insights and even the updates.
But, there is a massive caveat here.
They’ll only read you if you give them a valid reason to.
Positioning is the new virality.
Your headline is the main hook.
Your achievements are the ‘body’.
And the content is the vehicle that drives people to you.
This is wild, but in ways I’m glad.
Welcome to the new LinkedIn.
You don’t need viral content, you need positioning content.
And my friend, that to me is what a real personal brand does anyway and what I’ve been teaching behind the scenes all along.
