You’ve Been Lied To About Online Education

12hrs left

If you scroll online you’ll be bombarded with posts telling you

“how to do [desired outcome] quick”

They’re everywhere: YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

But let me break it to you - there is no such thing as an overnight success.

And here is where most problems like within the online education space.

People expect to pay to play and win without playing.

  • Consistently consuming content online from “gurus”

  • Buying into all courses and programs

  • Not doing but expecting

  • Never showing up to calls

But they forget about the Compounding effect.

It states that in order to reap huge rewards, you need to collect a series of small, smart choices over a long period of time.

To “unlock” the millions you need to collect the hundreds first.

Too many people worry about making their first 7 figures when they haven’t even made their first online $.

“People are too busy trying to be "cool" instead of successful.” - Justin Welsh

The lie on online education and courses is that they are “all a scam” or “don’t work”

Wrong. It is never about the information inside of these.

It’s about what you do with it.

I’ve seen people take the same $10,000 course and seen some fail and others 20x their investment.

In December, I opted in for a mastermind; it was a heavy buy-in - 3 weeks in my ROI had 3x’d.

Was it the content? yes. The accountability? 100%. The tactical anxiety I gave myself by investing on one thing and having to make it back no matter what?

ABSO-FUCKING-LUTELY.

I paid my mentor Richard Moore $1,000 for 60 minutes of his time last month.

He told me the same things he’s said to me over time (for free) but this time I was forced to implement because I had skin in the game,

It worked so well. He’ll drop a case study on me soon because it was INSANE.

“The rich are getting richer because the poor think everything is a scam”

If you read my origin story, you saw how I thought online courses were a scam after spending thousands on them. Then I came to realise, the biggest scam was me not doing the work.

Expecting the course to do the work for me - i was so wrong.

To get rich quick, you need to learn how to execute on things quick first.

Then worry about the rest.

Nothing about online education is a scam, everything works… some people just don’t!

That’s literally it for today ladies and gents - a short kind reminder to do the work. 💖
